The Buddha’s teaching on Mindfulness instructs us to contemplate internally, externally and both internally and externally. This relates all aspects of mindfulness, body, feeling tones, thoughts and emotions and all aspects of our experience. It’s a very important instruction and the last part of it is key. Doug and Jon discuss just what makes it so important.
